It's been a while...

My apologies, it's been awhile. The school year was crazy, and now with only one final left -- I feel as though I am going to have a lot of time on my hands. So back to the blog!

So what is new with me? Well....

I think one of the stupidest decisions I made this finals week was to start the second Twilight Book- New Moon. I can't put the thing down! I knew I shouldn't have started it because it was finals week - but what was I supposed to do when it was teasing me? It was calling my name -- Jackie, read me. ha. Oh well. My lack of sleep this week is definitely showing on my face -- uffff dark circles.

I just moved into my new place. It's my brother's best friend's house in Eau Claire. It's a very nice place, and I have a new large bedroom. I love it, the only problem is that it is a ways from the University and all of my friends, but that's what I have a car for right?

I booked my flights and hotel for New York City with my best friend Amanda. We'll be there from May 30-June 4th. I can't wait, I just hope I don't get lost on the Subway.

I currently have thousands of dollars in Chiropractic and Medical bills sitting with my name on them. I recently had an inflammed spinal cord, sprained muscles all along my neck and spine, and not to mention Bell's Palsey on top of it. I was a hot mess for about 4 weeks. But my face is almost fully back to normal, and my back is getting better by the appointment. I guess I shouldn't have put back pain off for so long -- hint to the wise my friends.

I came to a realization that in 1 year I will no longer be a UWEC student. What am I going to do with my life? Well, I have endless opportunities, and I'm anxious to see where I end up.

I think I'll end this post with telling you that I just applied to be an Intern at TOMS Shoes for Spring 2010. I hope they find my application as deserving. His organization is breathtaking and it would be a blessing to work for such an honorable organization. Check out their website -- buy some shoes and help others out!
